Frontierland S.S. Mark Twain Pilot's Certificate (1974) - ID: nov23343

A pilot's certificate from Disneyland's Mark Twain attraction produced in 1974. Featuring a detailed illustration of the attraction above the official certification text, the unused Pilot's Certificate would have been given to a lucky park guest who helped to helm the ship. During their visit, the guest was invited to pilot the "Mark Twain" along the Rivers of America in Frontierland. This certificate states that the guest is a "suitable and safe person to be entrusted with the power and duties of Pilot of this Steam Boat" and features a facsimile Walt Disney signature at the bottom. Measuring 7"x8.5" the paper certificate is in very good condition with some minor fading, discoloration, and edge wear.
